By using BestNextCard ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. We are not a financial advisor, broker, or issuer. Consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
Recommendations
Card recommendations on the Site are generated by an algorithm from the inputs you provide. The algorithm cannot see your complete financial picture, account history, issuer-specific flags, or pending applications. Recommendations may be incomplete, out of date, or incorrect for your circumstances.
Always verify current terms, eligibility requirements, welcome offers, and fees directly with the card issuer before applying. Offers, bonuses, and eligibility rules change frequently and without notice.
Affiliate Disclosure
Some outbound application links on the Site are affiliate links. If you apply through one of these links and are approved, the issuer or an affiliate network may pay us a commission. This does not cost you anything and does not affect your application.
Affiliate relationships do not influence our recommendations or rankings. Our ranking logic is based on fit, eligibility, and reward value — not on commission.
No Guarantee of Accuracy
We make a good-faith effort to keep card information current, but we do not guarantee that any content on the Site is accurate, complete, or up to date. Card offers, eligibility rules, bonuses, fees, and benefits change frequently. Issuer terms control in every case.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for verifying the current terms of any card directly with the issuer before applying, and for your own financial decisions. Applying for a credit card affects your credit report.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BestNextCard and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or from financial decisions you make based on information found on the Site. The Site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or otherwise access the Site by automated means without written permission.
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content for commercial purposes.
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Site or its infrastructure.
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law.
Intellectual Property
All Site content, design, and logic are the property of BestNextCard or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Card names, logos, and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and applicable state law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
